Bridal Superstore by Posie Patch, has been serving Brides for more than 40 years. We are known for our vast selection of Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaids, Special Occasions, Men's Formal Wear, Prom Dresses and Accessories. We are a full service store and the Bridal Consultants work one-on-one to help you find the Perfect Dress.
WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.

Weekends tend to be very busy, be sure to call ahead for an appointment. You may want to preview our designers in advance. Visit our Designer's Gallery to view some of the designers we offer.
Our appointments are for an hour, and start on the hour.
Without an appointment you may have to wait or be unable to VIEW and or BROWSE gowns, tiaras, veils and bridesmaids. Simply put, we like to give our brides a high level of service and attention with their own personal consultant.
There are times of the year when we are totally booked and unable to take walk-ins OR even accommodate browsing, so booking an appointment will be necessary for us to accommodate you.
The gown you have been dreaming of in the magazine may look different in reality. Try on a dress even if you think it won't work... you may be pleasantly surprised!! WHAT A BRIDE SHOULD BRING WITH HER.
Bridal Superstore understands the importance of family. The staff suggests that the bride bring one to two people with her for support. She should bring only the closest and most important people in her life-- her mother, best friend, sister or even future mother-in-law. It is important that she bring people who will respect her individual style and opinion. Larger groups are difficult for us to accommodate, but there is seating in our reception area, and your guests will be included in all dresses tried on.
We all love children, but we recognize that children don't have the patience for a 1 hour appointment, therefore we ask that you leave them at home.
We strive to provide a quiet environment so all our Brides can enjoy their shopping experience, while choosing the most important dress of their life.
You will have a consultant with you to help you in and out of the gowns, so please wear appropriate undergarments.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
When the bride arrives at Bridal Superstore, her first stop will be the front counter where she will be greeted to check her name and appointment time, wedding date, and have her fill-out our appointment card, and explain the store to her. The Bride will also meet her own personal Bridal Consultant at this time. The consultant will assist the bride during the entire shopping experience. It is extremely helpful for you to have a budget in mind for your gowns and other apparel. We have two offerings, Off -The-Rack dresses starting at $499.99 and Special Order dresses starting at $1,000 and up. On your first visit with us, we offer a valuable discount if you purchase the first day you try on. Should you fall in love with a dress, you should have the ability to make a 50% deposit on that day in order to reap the benefits of the first visit discount.
The bride should tell her Bridal Consultant about gowns she has seen, who her favorite designers are, and show her pictures of her favorite gowns. The Bridal Consultant will discuss your wedding plans and what you envision for your bridal gown. The bride will then have the opportunity to look through all the beautiful bridal gowns available. Whether the bride's style is traditional or trendy, or her budget is $500 or $2,000, her personal Bridal Consultant will work with her one-on-one to find the dress of her dreams. She will listen to the bride's ideas, make suggestions as to what is flattering for her figure, and help get the gown choice narrowed to that perfect gown!
To make the process easy, the gowns are arranged by price or designer. Additionally, the store carries samples in sizes 6-24 for each store visit. If it is the bride's first visit, we suggest choosing many different styles and shapes, so the bride can see herself in a variety of styles. Once the gowns are selected the dressing rooms are next.
THE DRESSING ROOM EXPERIENCE.
You and your Bridal Consultant will select approximately 5 gowns. Your guests will wait for the bride's grand entrance in our Theater area, or reception area if you have a large group. Your consultant will help you into and out of each gown and listen to your opinions about each gown. She will offer her own insight and may introduce you to a style you have not considered. When you have found your perfect bridal gown, your Personal Bridal Consultant will then select from a vast collection of heirloom custom hair jewelry, elegant veiling, and designer jewelry, to accompany your bridal gown and complete your ensemble. Our extensive wedding department keeps many of the most popular veils & head pieces in stock, and you can take them with you the day you purchase!
PLACING YOUR SPECIAL ORDER.
Once your decision has been made on a gown, your Personal Bridal Consultant will take your measurements to determine which size to order, and you can relax knowing that the cornerstone for your wedding is in place.
Wedding gowns when ordered are considered "special order" merchandise. Gowns are made when the order is placed, therefore it takes anywhere from 3 - 6 months on average for delivery. A deposit is required at the time of purchase, and the rest is due when your gown arrives. If your wedding date is close, rush shipping may be available, depending on the designer, factory schedules, and time constraints. There is a charge for a rush ordered gown, which is determined by each designer.
Once the order is taken it is placed in our computer system, designed exclusively for our store, and is personally tracked by one of our managers. We work closely with the designers to ensure that your gown arrives on time and is correct.
PICKING UP YOUR BRIDAL GOWN.
Once your gown arrives in our store, it will be hand inspected for flaws and workmanship. If any manufacturer flaws are detected we will work directly with the manufacturer to correct the problem. Each bride is notified by phone when her merchandise has arrived. You will schedule a try-on appointment to familiarize yourself with the dress and know how it fits. We like your original Bridal Consultant to assist you with your try-on.
As mentioned before, we also have veils, jewelry, etc., for you to put the last finishing touches on your perfect bridal look!

I HAVE MY BRIDAL GOWN PURCHASED, WHAT's NEXT...
Once your bridal gown is decided on, you will now be able to start thinking of other aspects of your wedding. Bridesmaids gowns are worn by your closest friends and loved ones standing in support of your marriage. You will want to find bridesmaids gowns to compliment your gown. We have hundreds of bridesmaids gowns in our store to try on. Our bridesmaids gowns are arranged by designer, so that you can see a full spectrum of what styles and colors each designer has to offer. This enables you to search by either style or color - we also have swatch cards for each designer and fabric to share the full spectrum of colors with you. We also have professional consultants, trained to assist you in coordinating your bridal party.
Bridal Superstore is also attentive to other important members of a bridal party. The Store has a great selection of men's tuxedo formal wear by Geno's with several of the top tuxedo brands available! And, as with bridesmaids gowns, each groomsman will receive extra discounts, because the bridal gown was purchased at our store. We look forward to your visit!
Scheduling Your Appointment
1. Do I need to schedule an appointment?
YES, Appointments are REQUIRED, see above. We like to schedule your appointment via phone so that we may acquaint you with our store process. An appointment provides a guarantee that you'll have the individual attention of one of our professional bridal consultants. There are times when we are totally booked, and unable to take walk-ins, so Appointments WILL BE NECESSARY at those times. To schedule an appointment please call (317) 849-9980.
2. How long should I expect my appointment to be?
You should expect to spend approximately 1-hour with your professional bridal consultant. Be sure to ask us about our "First Visit Discount."
3. What hours are you open?
We're open 7 days a week. Hours change by season so it's always best to call the store to confirm.
4. What major credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card and Discover are accepted.
5. Do you have alteration services?

6. Can I order online or by phone?
At this time, we only accept orders via the phone or fax. All orders placed over the phone are binding and considered Final Sales. We do not take returns, refunds on items you call in and specifically request from us.
7. Do you accept returns?
Bridal merchandise is typically special order and or off the floor stock purchases and because of the unique nature of our business, returns are not accepted.
8. Do you have options for paying?
We offer a 30 day layaway. To order or purchase, we require a 50% down payment, with the balance due within 30 days after the gown arrives. We encourage you to have enough money to make a 50% deposit on anything you are considering purchasing from us. We give great discounts the first day as an incentive for you to be prepared.
